the Mānuka flower which is native to New Zealand. The most well-known of our honeys, manuka has been the focus of extensive scientific research evidencing remarkable natural properties, making it highly prized by consumers around the globe.
We source this rich flavoured Mānuka honey with certified MGO content of 100+ mg/kg from the Mānuka (Leptospermum scoparium) bush in remote areas of the lower North Island of New Zealand. The higher the concentration of MGO, the stronger the antibacterial qualities.
